Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: your Cognito account identifier and email address when you register or sign in, including through Google.
• Product usage: stock symbols analysed, monthly quota usage, current plan, plan dates and related account events.
• Payment records: Razorpay order and payment identifiers, selected plan, amount, currency, status, receipt reference and timestamps.
• Technical information: session cookies and limited operational information such as network-derived identifiers, request details and server or delivery logs used for security and reliability.

Razorpay processes payment credentials such as card or UPI information. ResultLens does not receive or store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.

How information is used

• Authenticate users and maintain signed-in sessions.
• Provide stock analysis, enforce plan limits and activate paid access.
• Verify payments, prevent duplicate activation and investigate fraud or abuse.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.
• Comply with applicable accounting, payment, legal or regulatory obligations.

ResultLens does not sell personal information. The service does not use third-party advertising trackers. Optional Google Analytics measurement is used only when you allow analytics.

Service providers

Information is processed only as needed by providers supporting the service:

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, content delivery, authentication, secrets management and DynamoDB storage.
• Google: identity information when you choose Google sign-in, and consented website-usage analytics.
• Razorpay: checkout, payment processing, verification and payment notifications.
• Market-data providers: NSE and fallback financial-data services receive security or company queries, not your payment credentials.

Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and sessions

ResultLens uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in and preserve security-related state. These cookies are necessary for account functionality. With your permission, Google Analytics may store analytics identifiers to measure visits and product usage. ResultLens does not enable advertising storage through this consent choice.

Retention and security

Account, usage and payment-reference records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, enforce entitlements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods may differ by record type.

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, including encrypted HTTPS transport, restricted cloud permissions and protected credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your ResultLens account. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some records may be retained where required for payment, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.

You can sign out at any time. You may also manage Google-account permissions from your Google account.

Children

ResultLens is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the product, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised when material changes are published.
