Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid ResultLens plans purchased through Razorpay.

Digital delivery
ResultLens plans are digital services. No physical product is shipped. Access is normally activated shortly after Razorpay confirms that payment has been captured and verified. Temporary delays can occur if a payment notification or service provider is unavailable.
Cancellation
Current paid plans are one-time purchases valid for 30 days and do not renew automatically. Therefore, no recurring subscription needs to be cancelled. You may stop using the service at any time, but unused time or quota does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
When a refund may be considered
- You were charged more than once for the same intended purchase.
- Razorpay captured payment, but the purchased plan was not activated and ResultLens cannot correct the activation within a reasonable period.
- The amount or plan activated does not match the confirmed order and the issue cannot be corrected.
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
Generally non-refundable situations
Because access is delivered digitally, a correctly activated plan that has been used is generally non-refundable, including for change of mind, unused quota, partial use, investment outcomes, or temporary market-data unavailability. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
How to request help or a refund
Email resultlens.support@gmail.com within seven days of the payment or issue. Include your ResultLens account email, payment date, amount, purchased plan and Razorpay payment or order ID. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs.
Requests are reviewed against payment and activation records. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership and the transaction.
Approved refunds
An approved refund will be initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method. The time needed for the credit to appear is controlled by Razorpay, the payment network and your bank. Plan access associated with a refunded transaction may be removed or adjusted.
Failed or pending payments
If your account was not charged, no refund is required. If an amount appears debited while Razorpay shows the payment as failed or pending, allow the bank and payment provider time to reconcile it. Contact us if it remains unresolved, and also consult your bank or Razorpay where appropriate.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated for future purchases. The policy presented at the time of a transaction and any non-excludable legal rights continue to apply.
