Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of ResultLens. By using the service or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding access to your account and activity performed through it. Do not share, sell or misuse account access.
Financial-information disclaimer
ResultLens provides automated, educational analysis of reported financial information. It is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, broker or portfolio manager, and the service does not provide personalised investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security.
Scores and explanations do not guarantee accuracy, future performance, price movement or investment returns. Verify information against original exchange filings and obtain appropriate professional advice before making a financial decision.
Data and analysis limitations
Market and filing data may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, revised or incorrectly mapped by a source. Automated calculations can be affected by accounting changes, exceptional items, corporate actions and differences between standalone and consolidated reporting. Methodology may evolve as the product improves.
Plans and access
- The free plan and paid plans include the stock-analysis limits displayed at purchase time.
- Paid access is a one-time 30-day entitlement unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise; it does not renew automatically.
- Access begins after payment is captured and verified. A same-tier renewal may extend the existing period, while upgrades follow the quota behavior shown in the product.
- Prices and plan features may change for future purchases. A completed purchase retains the entitlement confirmed for that transaction.

Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass quotas or authentication, scrape or overload the service, probe security controls, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected components, impersonate another person, or use ResultLens unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.
Intellectual property
ResultLens branding, presentation, software and original explanatory content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party market data and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. These terms grant only a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, interrupted or discontinued, including during provider outages or maintenance. We aim to operate it reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms will be published with an updated effective date.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ResultLens is not responsible for investment losses, trading decisions, lost opportunities or indirect losses arising from reliance on automated analysis or third-party data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the competent courts determined under applicable law.
